Ordered two sets from Amazon and both boxes arrived ripped, beat up and bulging in the centers. Opened them up and there were sockets and broken tray fragments all over the place. 5 out of 6 trays were broken and I was missing two sockets in one set and 4 sockets and an extension in the other. I would make one good set and return the other, but they trays are unusable.

There does not seem to be any info on the page about what is actually included. The screwdrivers and wrenches look like the ultra cheap ones that have the tips that easily break on the screwdrivers and the wrenches are that ones that are clunky, uncomfortable and slip easily. It is also more than 2.5 times the cost of the Dewalt.

I decided to pick up the $40 set and I am so happy I did. They ended up giving me the bigger 324 piece set instead of 253 piece set. I got so lucky. Lot of tools for $40. I know this isn't going to help anybody, just glad!

Made in Taiwan (or China) so it pays to looks closely.
It does cost more. I was answering the original question:

"Is there a complete set that has everything"

This is as close to that as I know of. Never said it was Snap On quality.
