The Icy Blast Irish Spring 24-pack is a better deal. It comes out to $0.15/oz with the max 15% S&S discount: https://a.co/d/8JzkM3c
The Dove 14-pack is roughly 20-25% more at $0.19/oz with the max 15% S&S discount.
My dad was a cheapo and used to only buy Irish Spring soaps from Costco, and I always ended up having cracked skin during dry seasons. Now that I can buy my own soaps, and have tried other soaps including this particular one, I can tell you this is a far better investment. Not needing to deal with cracked skin at all is more productive and cost saving in the long run.
Having said that thou, this soap does run out pretty fast. I bought a 14 pack in September, and I have almost run of them already.
Note, *not* the "Extra Fresh" scent, despite what the image shows. And note the Extra Fresh seems to be currently only available in an 8 pack not 14 pack.
Thanks for this comment!!

in retrospect, I now realize I suffered a similar childhood. I will share this with my therapist.
You must have some awesome lathering skill to run through 14 in a couple months. 🤣🤣👍

I'm a bar soap user and used irish spring for years but the problem was it dried out my skin too much. Then it became a struggle to find another good bar soap because the gels don't last nearly long enough. THIS was the goldilocks solution I found.
I did not realize how seriously some people take their soaps! 😂🤣
I figured soap=soap so why not find the cheapest one for people who don't care?
I actually am short on soap at the moment and impulse bought the Dove before I looked for the Irish Spring. Now I have both deals coming. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
So much for trying to provide a helpful, cheaper alternative for folks looking to save same cash. 😅
so this made me laugh but honestly hes right,, and your body reacts to cheap stuff, I used to use dollar deodorant and sprays, they start to give me boils and skin irritation, i have now been using dove for decades it last a really long time, im talking 2 - 3 days with or without showering ( yes lol ive tested this) and its gentle on your skin. I was a firm believer in Irish spring, these are far better. and DOVE got hip to this and the prices sky rocketed, i used to be able to go to the dollar store and get bars and deodorant for a dollar or 2.

Irish Spring will always be a lower cost and save you money. But for me Dove is a MUCH better soap.
