Yeah I had a similar situation. I was able to cancel a second computer OK, using the online cancel request and that went through rather quickly. The first one, I called to cancel and maybe that was not set up properly by the agent to reach the factory quickly. I will try to sell the box unopened locally. Should still be a good deal for someone and then I can order what I want, if the deal still is available.

I talked to a supervisor. He put a return to sender on it with the carrier in case it doesn't get cancelled in time.

The rep mentioned this to me too but said they can only try that once a tracking number has been provided. So the supervisor did that already for you??

I may call again and elevate it further.

My Amex deal has posted.

Equipment arrived yesterday.

I could not get my original order canceled and was worried that the air-cooled CPU might create too much noise. However I have been pleasantly surprised to find it is more silent that my old rig, even though I am running at 4k res now, instead of 1080p. It is a keeper

Got two Kingston sticks (2x16). Can only get one to work. When I put in the second (both in the dark tabbed slots), I get no display. Cannot get a manual as this is a custom build. Tech support has not been helpful yet (Sunday)


Later- all sorted - just a seating problem.

Hi everyone, just wanted to report back my HP OMEN 45L w/ RTX4070 got delivered very late, but I got it along with the back pack and all of the deals stacked together seamlessly. It's awesome, and all in it cost me $904.36, slick deal!!
