I bought this TV stand for my 55" for $100 about 6 years ago. It looks great and pivots the TV effortlessly. The top shelf is perfect for my soundbar and Apple TV. It's heavy, sturdy, and uncomplicated to assemble. Glass shelf-tops are easy to clean.

I've had 70, 75, and 77" TVs on this stand since 2015 and they've all been rock solid.

As long as you're under the weight limit I think it's more about keeping the center of gravity low so it doesn't tip.

I attached the mounting bracket to the lowest position on the post and positioned the mounting bracket rather high on the TV, so the bottom of the TV is 3-4" above the top shelf. That helps the center of gravity low.

It works great for me, very stable.

It also comes with an attachment to anchor it to the wall if you want to feel safer (e.g., with small children) but I've never needed it.

Can you assemble this without the TV stand? I am wall mounting the TV (150lbs) but do like the aesthetics of this for use as a media stand. And it's perfect as I need it to hold my router, cable modem etc etc.
Yes. I've had it in both configurations. When I first put it together years ago I was in a rental and used the TV stand config. Now I've got the TV mounted and have it in the media config. Either way, the cable management it top notch.
Also, the TV mount can be used as a simple wall mount. It's no 4D shenanigans, but it's functional.

I picked this up last year for $99. Great deal and good quality. Plenty of room for my Onkyo TXNR509 on the bottom, components in the middle (Blu-ray and Console) and Paradigm CC350 on the top. I mounted my LG65" TV on the wall with a $20 Monoprice mount.

Been needing something for the basement- this has lots of use options including mounting the tv to the wall. Cheaper than used stands I've been watching on FB marketplace. Thanks OP!

Anyone know what the depth is? Height, length and width are there, but I want m to know how far back it goes. How much space is there between shelves? Want to make sure my pioneer vsx 305 will fit and have plenty of airflow

It does say it only supports upto 70 inches. I wouldn't recommend it. The tv may stand too far out of the stand and may affect the balance.
