I was playing Atari and NES when I was 4 along with a lot of my generation. Most of us turned out just fine, unlike the current Netflix/Hulu/Social Media generations of today.

With iPads and phones I doubt this is their first introduction to screens or video games. At least they will learn/interact instead of just watching TV during their screen time.

it's crazy how eager some people are to introduce screens and video games to a 4(!) year old

My 4+ years old daughter likes to play this with me sometimes, especially the alphabet section.
Make sure to use a HDMI extension cable so the game stick is in front of your TV for better connecting with the wireless controller.
This will help with all the jumps.

I've purchased 2 of these things. Both were broken out of the box. Maybe 3rd times the charm

My 2 and 5 year old love it. 5 year old beat it so it's repetitive but still plays for younger sibling.

Wish it had a little more longevity with other games or downloads for other games. Their handgeld portable one can download new games
