They put this on sale 50% for black friday every year along with YSL Cologne Bleue. they are both really bland, weak fragrances that just smells like water and generic "cologne". You would be better off spending more for literally anything else or saving your money not buying this.

Never heard anyone describe Absolu as a 'really bland, weak fragrance'. It's an incredibly powerful scent, in fact some would say it's TOO strong. Not sure what you're talking about.

It's a mixed fruit top note and a anosmia-inducing aquatic. It's Invictus. If you like it, buy and wear and enjoy! Plenty of reviews online share my sentiments.

I wouldn't really trust an SDer when it comes to something like cologne. I mean there are some people with good insight on cologne, but the average SDer is going to insist that soap and water are just as good.

I work in an area that while not public facing, has me dealing with a lot of people face to face. The idea of smelling anything but pleasant is bad for business. One of the guys that works with me always smells of BO. It's that rampant BO that sticks with you after you're exposed to it, the kind that was the center of a Seinfeld episode. I don't think I ever want to be associated with that level of funk.

And much to my displeasure, my item has yet to be delivered.

Never received my shipment. My Macy's page claims that it was sent by DoorDash. I'm glad I wasn't expecting this in time for Christmas. Paypal payment dispute has been processed.

I filed a claim with Paypal. I may go ahead and go "karen mode" with customer service as the 2nd agent I spoke with after the 1st agent told me to wait a week (which I did) wouldn't cancel my order after doing what the 1st agent said. Not sure why he wouldn't cancel my order. He actually asked me to wait yet another week (at this point it was 3 weeks after the delivery date).
