I almost bought a similar card earlier this week at a higher price using Zip Pay directly on NewEgg. I couldn't decide between the Acer Bifrost A750 and the A770 for a little more. Both sold out. But with another A750 card at $150, I couldn't pass over it again even if it means installing TikTok.
The A750 will replace my GTX 1650 that can barely keep up with Starfield.
What strange days... I'll have an AMD processor with an Intel GPU! But then again, I've ran Linux on a Macintosh, which is an equally strange combination.
know what? - this is an AMAZING price for the a750. I may have a preference for the 16GB in the A770, but for a buck-fitty? Hell, I have an A770 in my daily runner; grabbing the a750 for my plex server.
Intel 770 has been discontinued for months. Awesome card. Only 770 are the OEM. Nvidia equivalent is minimum 3060ti, more often 3070, and sometime 3080. But having 16gb ram is fantastic for many uses
you're tripping if you think it's anywhere near a 3080
There is driver issue with Starfield on Arc GPU even with latest. You might want to read more into it.
Aye, my A770 chugs a bit with Starfield, pulling around 30fps @ 1440p high, but it'll do. 1080p on medium works closer to 60fps, fwiw.
In most of my comparison, the A770 holds up nearly 1:1 with the same games running on my Xbox Series X, while the A750 performs at around the same level as a Series S.

There is now where close to that much of a difference between the A750 and A770 to compare them to the Series S and Series X respectively.

So this thread has seriously schooled me; Intel has worthy graphics? TokTok is now a selling marketplace? Rebar is used for something else other than holding up the 10 freeway???

Talk about overkill and add few Benjamins to your electric bill
userbenchmark has not been a reliable source of comparison for years. why do people keep going back. If you want a quick summarized view of better or worse use techpowerups comparison. https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-s...a750.c3929. It's not exact and more of a average overall and will give you a quick answer. However with everything, especially graphics cards, The performance is going to differ between games.
I stressed over the Intel Limited Edition ($10 more) or Asrock challenger. Saw the base frequency is higher on the challenger and went for it but it does look like the Intel cooler and packaging is generally better. Did I make the right choice?
If I remember correctly, gamersnexus on YouTube did a tear down of the Intel cooler and it's a huge PITA, lots and lots of glue. If you wanna use this card for years and years the aftermarket cooler is going to be wonderful. Should be able to repaste with no issues a few years down the line
Do cards have two sizes, compact and regular size?
and these cards listed here are probably regular size cards ? (I think my case can fit a compact card, i will investigate more now). thanks
I see, ASRock Challenger Arc A750, is , 132mm x 48mm . This deph is important for me. Total depth inside my case is 5.25", and this card is 5.2". Then comes the power cable and it won't fit inside the case, i will have to keep the case open.

It's not fanboyism, please do research.

By becoming a vendor with our financial info in addition to selling our info.
I get Google essentially already does this, but there's differences that should be obvious
