I bought a 7pro recently and it does everything but receiving or making calls… poor quality control, horrible warranty service.

I see the thread here says unlocked, but if a phone is bought with activation on an ATT line, is BB selling a locked sku of the phone or is there some sort of locking in ?

I wonder if I can buy the phone with help from a friend on ATT and then use it on my Tmobile line.
