Absolutely. They wouldn't put a PSU in a PC that can't handle the components pre built into it. The other commenters want to upgrade the GPU later and would likely have to upgrade the PSU for anything 4070 or higher.

You are correct, After trying a bunch of zip codes, it is in stock and available for pickup in some locations.
