I only have the A2 (Non-Plus) on 3D Printed Stands to compare to against the Transparent Ones, but I returned the Transparent Ones if that helps you. Wasn't worth the money to sound ratio, plus I personally enjoyed the sound of AudioEngines much more, but it's definitely subjective.
Was thinking of upgrading to these A5s, but for a desk setup, deciding the stick with the A2s I already have.
