4 of the Costco Panko Breaded Chicken Tenderloins at 400f for 20 minutes, no preheat, just like I did with the old model. Honestly if I could permanently disable the "pre-heat" default on power, I would.

Not sure why more people do not have this problem? Only some devices have the burning smell? or most people can't detect the smell?
