This is the inferior version. I have both this one (blue box) and the green box version. Not only is the artwork on the green box version easier to process, but the text on the cards from the blue box version is smaller and harder to read.

The last time I bought a copy from Amazon the listing was for the blue box version but I ended up with the green box, so maybe other people will get lucky too.

The blue better explains some of the rules though

I was not able to get free shipping with Redcard. It said this item was an exception, and needed the $35 minimum.
