Not a bad price. But hard to beat Jose's Organic French Roast from Costco at 13/3lbs, and imo superior to Lavazza.

Yeah unfortunately, these are Lavazza's "worst" beans so to speak and they're usually the cheapest.

I bought a couple of these from Costco when they were $7.99 a bag and the only reason I went through all of it was because I don't like wasting food. I just couldn't wait until I was done with them and I could crack open the Gran Crema or Super Crema.

This is great for espresso for anyone outside of the snobs. I drink it daily. Makes a good shot, good Americanos, good lattes, etc.

Most of my espresso experience in Europe is medium roasted beans, not the black chalk that people seem to love here. This is a great mid tier bean and produces nice espresso with good flavor, especially for the price.
