I don't know a lot about these mini arcades. Are the guts worth $100? Was thinking of gutting it and using the components for a full size cabinet build or modding it with a bigger monitor.

Dell has it for the same price. Could be a good opportunity to take advantage of CB sites (Hakuten is north of 15%, IIRC) or liquidate eGCs that are about to expire. Or get two and use Amex offer.

Perhaps. Its likely not going to be plug and play ofc. You could probably reuse all of hw and mod the screen mount. But its most likely one of those scenarios where the money could be better spent on better components and the time modding could be spend building or assemling the cabinet you want.
