The newer version has better battery life, polling rate, dpi and weighs even less.

The g pro x superlight is an extremely well regarded mouse, and most reviewers consistently rate it as one of the best options for fps gaming. It's been on sale at ~$85 a couple of times already, including even before the new version the pro x superlight 2 came out. The newer version is a moderate upgrade, and has a usb c port as opposed to micro usb. That being said, this version is still an excellent mouse assuming you get it at a good price. As it has relatively few buttons this mouse is most suited for fps gaming, individuals who play mmo or other games where a large number of mouse buttons are beneficial should look elsewhere. There have been some reports of scroll wheel issues with this mouse, though I've also seen reviews describing easy mods to solve those issues should they arise.

A certain CB site is offering 15% cb for dell, which also sweetens the deal. Certain American Express cardholders may have additional amex dell offers available to them. If you happen to be in the military or a veteran (thank you for your service), dell also has a military discount that should stack. Assuming you'll actually make use of the $50 e-giftcard before it expires, at $110 this mouse would be the equivalent of $60 even before 15% cb and other potential discounts, which is an exceptionally good value.
