I entered my $10 first and the checkout page expired while I was waiting for $50 card. Now I got $50 but my $10 gift card balance became zero. I was told I need to wait for 24 hours to use $10 card because it became pending before checkout page expired. omg. Frown

who told you this? not that I don't believe you, but that makes the use of these extra gift cards way less useful. that info is NOT in the terms. I wanted to use them TODAY. Nowhere does it say I can't. fark this company. I may dispute this charge on my CC.

I contacted the customer service asking why balance is zero. Lesson learned: don't let checkout page expire after gift card is entered. If you need more time, remove the gift card and re-enter it right before you complete checkout.

sorry but that makes this a complete farking scam. You get the $10 gift cards immediately but can't use them on the day of the sale in which they are advertised (which is stated NOWHERE in the goddamn terms) and who knows maybe you get the bigger gift card later in the day if you're lucky. what a shit company this is...

Not sure how yours got messed, but I had no problem doing this.

After I entered GC, I had to go back to change pickup date/time, then I entered GC's second time and it worked fine for me.

24 hours!? Ugh. This happened to me as well. I entered 4 cards, then went back to cart, and now I am unable to use those 4 cards.

I've heard of girl math and boy math. This looks like slickdeals math.

you take the total amount you have available to spend (60) and subtract your actual spend (50) which leaves you with 10.

you then take the savings and divide by the available to spend (10/60) which leaves you with 16.666666....

try it this way:

take 60, and multiply by .80
20% off of 60 is 48.
