The next day when the item shipped, they charged me another $30 to my payment method without explanation. It was only when I contacted customer support I was told it was a non-refundable fee. Come to find out, Costco uses low quality paid drivers to deliver your package, kinda like an Uber just for your local Costco delivery. The $30 fee must have gone to this driver. To top it off, the lady driver wanted to connect to my wifi to finalize the delivery (confirm it was delivered). What a joke!
