I have this belt and use it twice a week for weighted pull-ups and weighted dips.

Unless you are a bodybuilder, this belt will suit your needs. I've been using this belt for deadlifts for about 5 years and it's held up well. Absolute steal at this price!

I just bought it even though I already have the Harbinger dip belt that I like. I am a big fan of the dark iron lifting belt so I figured let me get this dip belt. Try something different especially for only $10. I use these dipping belts for tricep dips, widegrip pull-ups and chin ups.

I ordered one even though I'm nowhere close to doing weighted pull-ups. I got the weights and squat rack, and I'd rather not pay full price when I finally get there.

Not sure why you're crying.. I was speaking from experience.. back in the day all you had were chains to thread thru plates for dips and pullups. I was doing dips with 2x45lb plates. Am glad this product exists. ✌️
