Does the rotational feature really help? or is that just not needed?
Your back and possibly your child will thank you for not having to awkwardly twist your body to put your child in their car seat. I bet my parents wish they had this technology when I was (physically) a child. 😆

I found this on a reddit thread.

I have two of them and a smaller SUV and love it. The biggest thing to watch out for what is the 360 in rear facing mode can cause issues for tall people sitting in the seat in front of it. It was extremely easy to install and extremely easy to use. If you buy them in the US, make sure you pay close attention to which 360 version you get there are two that are not high back booster compatible. I think 100% for sure the slim one does not do high back booster. My toddler stayed rear, facing solidly until almost 3 and now loves it in forward facing mode.

What is the difference between these two?

Evenflo Revolve360 Rotational All-in-One Convertible Car Seat, Amherst Gray https://www.walmart.com/ip/682447002
The Extend is basically the newer and improved version of the original Revolve 360. All the good stuff with new bells and whistles.

Best part about it. Once you get used to it, you hate going back to a fixed one.

Is this better deal than Amazon's? Evenflo 360 Gold Extend 360 All in one for 300$

Evenflo Gold Revolve360 Extend All-in-One Rotational Car Seat with SensorSafe (Onyx Black) https://a.co/d/6ddAn43
Gold has lifetime warranty, which includes a free replacement if you get into an accident with the current car seat. The non-gold version is limited warranty and does not include the free replacement.

Gold for $320 is a better deal then the non-gold version for $280 IMO.

Agreed! The warranty difference for the Gold is worth it.

I bought both on the last deal. I have the slim in my car and the one in the OP in my wife's SUV. I prefer the slim. The one in the OP has an extra leg cushion but it really is just in the way in my opinion. It can be unzipped, but there is a flap for it that covers the button to loosen the chest straps and I have to hunt for it everytime I use it. The slim version does not have that padding or flap.
Usage is with my 3 year old 32 pound girl rear facing.

Did you have a hard time installing the slim base using the seat belt? I cannot lock the big lever and opted to just use the LATCH for now until tip I figure out how to use the seat belt. For reference, I tried it on my Honda odyssey and Chevy volt and got the same result.

My car's seat belts have airbags inside them so I cannot use the seat belts as part of a car seat / base install. I'm just using the clips.

But now that you mention it, yes. There was a plastic piece (I think it was light blue) in the way that I couldn't for the life of me get everything connected right. I ended up ripping off the plastic piece just to get it connected.

I was actually just looking at that on Evenflo site, and was wondering the same.
It's almost same. Slim is bit small and hold upto 65 lb while this can be used till 120. I got slim from target few weeks ago but returned it once I snatched this for 224 last week.
