I'd agree if the ti had 16 gigs of ram. A little more future proofing imo. I'd feel pretty crappy spending 1600 on a system that hits a vram limit in a year or 2 we already have seen multiple issues arise this year, although some of that got sorted with updates and optimization. But when more unreal engine 5 games come out, fingers crossed the 12 gig vram will be enough.

That ones pretty good, but I'm not a fan of high end gpu's with 10 gb of vram, they will not do what they are meant to be doing in a few years and the 6950 is a little faster than a 3090.

If I was still in the market, this does check a lot of boxes for me for some future proofing. Higher end GPU, decent sized NVMe, good RAM, liquid cooled. CPU seems okay while the MB could probably be newer. Quick peek at the description and I don't see names for storage or power supply.

Personally, I'd like it to be a little cheaper, but maybe I'm just being a penny pincher.

Ya I hear ya. Prices are funny on how they affect our mind, I'd say this would fly off the shelf at just 5% less but still very good deal.
