I have one I use as kitchen shears because the titanium is non-reactive. They work excellently for this purpose.
Time for another set for the other areas of the house.

Carbide sharpener.... $1+.
Or whetstone...
Or diamond coated sharpener...

Easy enough to turn any scissor into razor sharp regardless of wear...

Anyways, this scissor is fair. Soft steel, so dents cutting metal wire that wouldn't faze a Leatherman Micra scissor. Harbor Freight freebie scissor is tougher, too.
