Debating hard, I can get this with the 4080 with 165hz QHD display for 1400$, after tax (using the amex 150$ off 999$ offer).
2nd kid is on the way, barely have any time as it is lol

But then I wouldn't get the citi card or the amex. I think you need to use their credit card directly if you want to get the credit card promo cash back.

You could get Alienware m16 4070 with two amex -120 offers which brings the total w/ tax to less than 1100.

Pulled the trigger on the 4080 with 165hz screen and intel wifi for $1466.99 (+tax). Didn't feel I need the 240hz as I use an external monitor most of the time except when traveling, even then I'm not a pro gamer or anything.

What made this extra slick was the Amex $150 cashback and the cashback site giving back 10%. That brings this to under $1200 before tax!!

Can confirm you will have literally zero time. Find YouTuber with a great rig and watch him on your phone instead.

Anyone have their order shipped yet? Mine was supposed to ship today however it is still in processing and "in queue", which is before parts are gathered and it is built. Disappointing as I ordered the 4080 version instead of the 4090 ($350 difference) because the 4080 was going to arrive 3-4 weeks earlier..
