You are not getting $405 additional value on this "deal" than the one I linked. You are getting 16GB additional ram, and a 2TB mechanical drive (the 1TB SSD is the same) and 5-10% more potential performance. At max, you're getting $150 in additional parts and performance and I feel that's me being pretty generous there.
