Hopefully more retailers come over to the $2999 price point, this is a good price but would prefer Costco/BestBuy/Amazon for potentially easier returns.

Great TV and well worth the price. A couple of things to note: these are meant to be wall mounted but LG does sell a stand separately. I have it and it wobbles a bit but looks nice.

There are several good YouTube videos with basic picture settings recommendations. However this is a high-end TV so locating a pro in your area and getting it calibrated professionally will bring out its best.

There is a 5-year panel warranty that appears to cover burn-in as long as LG deems it's from normal use. You do have to pay for labor after the first year, however. Not sure if Buydig warranty covers burn-in, but that might be a better option if it does.

I typically upgrade TVs every 2-3 years. My G3 replaced a ~3 year old Sony A90J, which was also a flagship at the time of purchase. The G3 is an obvious step up and improvement. Really just a stunning picture, and well worth this price.
