Is there any significant difference between these and a Google Nest Router (H2D)?

They look kind of small compared to other Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E Mesh Routers. I have doubts about the speed and range of the units.

I've been waiting for them to enable local backup with the USB port.

This is a feature they mentioned when first announcing the Pro

I have been running two of these since July with no major issues. I picked them up during the Prime Day pricing - I think the 2-pack was around $223.

I've been very happy with the speed and the 6 GHz backhaul speeds between mesh nodes. I am covering a 2-story, 3200 sq ft house - both are downstairs and on separate ends of the house. They provide adequate coverage upstairs for most of that floor, but the extreme ends suffer a bit... so I've been waiting for them to go on sale again to pick up at least one more and put it upstairs.

I almost ordered one at Wyze's sale price of $148... but I'm so glad I didn't. I saw this deal posted a night or two ago (from another poster) and knew I wanted to get at least one. I ended up justifying the 2-pack as they were cheaper than a single one from Wyze (on sale).

Having 2 upstairs should provide great coverage for the entire house and I should have issues in those outer areas.

My future project hopes have me running ethernet to each one for a wired backhaul... that would be the most ideal way to have them setup.

Saw that. Was bummed - size paired with speed and wired back haul was tempting for the price. But not of it cooks itself, or can't work.

Although, not specifically about the wifi router Wyze does not have a good reputation on privacy.
