Extremely thin and light probably some cheap knock off aluminum based alloy, non stick coating comes off with very light handling, have to use ultra low heat or pan warps and everything sticks, it's just garbage.

I threw it out after a couple uses

Anytime I see Gotham, I instinctively think it's related to Batman.

I bought this exact set around 4 years ago. I haven't had any issues although I don't use them daily. But I do still use oil regardless and don't crank the heat on the highest setting. No chance they are worth even close to retail but I'd say they are well worth $50. I think I got my set at Walmart on clearance for around the same price just before COVID.
