Sizes are 2L, 4L and 8L. The 8L might be an ok size but I find that my 10L is the smallest useful size dry bag that I use. The 4L and 2L are both going to be tiny.

Sea to Summit are the best that I have used as well.
Many things. I carried my money and passport with me when I was swimming in the ocean at beaches traveling alone when I was younger. It also serves as a good flotation device when filled with air. I sometimes would put wet clothes into them when backpacking to keep dirty clothes separated from clean.
