Bought this when stores had them on clearance. Was $115 then. It is absolutely fantastic for the price. Much better quality than the smaller and more expensive little tikes ones out there.

bought this for $150 in Oct and thought that was a steal. WOW! amazing price. This thing is pretty large. I'd say you'd need a room bigger than 12'x12' and 7+feet tall.
