never mind, quick reditt search indicates it doesn't
Edit: No price matches on refurbished. Considering returning mine and buying through woot. $100 difference may be worth it
This one is like $1000 in savings! Too much to ignore so I'm going to bite.
Sure this one won't be quite the same performance, but it'll be better than my current 13" 2020 M1 16GB that has been just fine in performance other than the small screen.

If that's true this is an amazing deal. Right now there's a cash back site with 5% cash back up to $50 for Woot. I'd stack it with a 3% cash back on online shopping card like Amex BCE or BoA Customized Cash Rewards.
When you get it make sure it has the regular 1-year AppleCare warranty. This past April I bought my Apple certified refurbished 2021 MBP 14 from Woot for $1400 before tax.
Two months later the keyboard started randomly typing by itself. I babied it and kept it at home on my desk. I dropped it off at my local Apple Store and they replaced the keyboard top case for free under the standard 1-year AppleCare warranty.
When I was shopping for my MBP earlier this year there were some sealed refurbished Macs sold on eBay at a significant discount that were marked "ASIS" by Apple. That means they are ineligible for any and all warranty service by Apple even if you pay for it. I would've been SOL if my Mac was one of those.
Nowhere has stated the core numbers, except :
"10-core CPU with 6 performance cores and 2 efficiency cores "
6+2=8 and not 10
Unless it's only an in-store deal?
