Costco used to sell this coffee machine without coffee program. This one seems to have it.

Are the results better (tastewise) for this than the 3200? Or any philips model, or are you referring to just the price?

This is in line with the Philips 3200 price range. But even the higher end philips like 4xxx 5xxx because they are all similar with more drinks and fancier lcd screen

I got the same model from amazon a couple of weeks ago as it ran out on costco.com very quickly. But I'm returning mine to get this for the costco return advantage. thank you op

sams have a slightly different model I believe. And yes I followed that, too. I kinda like this one. the XS model from sams looks more classic though.

Reading online it looks like the Sams club one is old version and this is new version. Any preference which one is better other than the fact that Sams club is $50 cheaper.

I'd go with the newer ones. either this evo, or the upgrade with the milk bottle that creates customized lattes with $100 more

Yes, It does have a coffee program. We got it during the last deal and we are very happy with it. We have been using it a lot. Love the coffee taste. I just descaled it for a first time today. I noticed there is another model that looks exactly like this one but with 6 programs. This one has 5 programs but so far we use only the Steam/frotter, Espresso, Coffee and Over Ice. We don't use the Americano program. The model with 6 programs has an additional Long coffee program.
