But when the local "Corner Butcher" zoomer who likes to crow about his hand selected, grass-fed, grain-finished certified prime Angus beef from a small organic farm back east is there buying Swift USDA choice primals and cryopacks.... F that guy. He's charging $30-$40/lb, and there's some stupid mouth-breathers who are buying his bullsh*t hook, line and sinker. That guy, and those like him, can eat the whole certified Angus prime bag of .
To get a nice super thin slice of meat as used in Asian cuisine (think: ribeye / pork butt), a slicer will be a lot more consistent.
Oh, that and my wife (the person who does the cutting) wants one - haha!

Also, Costco Business in-warehouse price is a lot cheaper than Costco Business online. The online prices include the shipping fee and some items include a small overhead charges. And more often than not, Costco Business in-warehouse price is cheaper than regular Costco.

No on 80 percent of things but the cuality at Costo business is better. The shopping experience too. I own restaurants so mostly I go to RD
It's also super convenient to run in and grab a couple quick things like water or TP or something because there is never a line, never. I have never been into the store and had to wait for a register when leaving, and I have gone at all sorts of times. They also just started opening on Sundays which is a bonus.
Lastly, when you need big packs of stuff like those giant muffins or pastry's they sell individually, you can get them there super cheap as well. There are definitely things that they don't sell compared to normal Costco, but it can supplement very well.
Mine even sells whole goats!
