BJ's & Mastercard® Promotion Eligibility: The BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. ("BJ's" or "Sponsor") & Mastercard® Promotion ("Offer") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.), eighteen (18) years old or older who are invited to participate by BJ's. Void where prohibited. By participating in this Offer, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Offer Terms and Conditions and warrants that they are eligible to participate.
Term: Subject to paragraph 7 below (General Conditions) the Offer shall begin on 11/13/2023 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), and end on the earlier of (a) 11/29/2023 at 11:59 p.m. ET, or (b) such date and time that 7,500 participants earn the Reward (the "Offer Term"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Offer.
How to Participate in the Offer:
(a) You must complete each of the following actions during the Offer Term while supplies last (i.e., until 7,500 participants earn the reward in accordance with these Offer Terms and Conditions):
i. Be an active BJ's member and have a BJ's online account ("Account"; if you have not previously created an Account, you can do so on BJs.com using the email address presented with this offer and following the instructions to create your Account); and
ii. Log into your Account, and save a valid Mastercard credit or debit card to your account as a payment method for future ordering on BJs.com ("New Mastercard"; if you already have a Mastercard credit or debit card saved to your Account, you do not need to add a new card); and
iii. Provide the following details when saving your New Mastercard to your Account: your card number, expiration date, and security code; and
iv. Place an order on BJs.com using your New Mastercard as the form of payment for such order.
(b) Subject to the other limitations and restrictions set forth in these Offer Terms and Conditions, upon completion of the actions set forth in paragraph 3(a)(i)-(iv) above during the Offer Term, a $40 digital reward ("Reward") will be added to the primary membership account on or about 12/2/2023. Excludes supplemental memberships.
(c) A Reward issued pursuant to the Offer must be redeemed by 6/2/2024, or it will no longer be available. A Reward may be used at BJ's for merchandise at club checkout, in the BJ's mobile app, and on BJs.com. A Reward may only be used once and for one (1) purchase, must be redeemed in ten-dollar ($10.00) increments, and will not create a negative cash register or checkout balance with BJ's. Rewards have no cash value and are nontransferable.
Limit: Offer is valid one-time only for select participants who are invited by BJ's to participate and only while supplies last (i.e., until 7,500 participants earn the Reward in accordance with these Offer Terms and Conditions). Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same membership or Account. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than one Reward by using multiple/different Accounts or any other methods of earning deemed fraudulent or improper in BJ's sole discretion, may result in removal of some or all Rewards obtained by participant through this Offer and disqualify the participant from further participation in this Offer.

Release: By participation in this Offer and receipt of any Rewards, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Mastercard®, BJ's, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and electronic gift code suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the offer or receipt or use or misuse of the Rewards.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or for any reason or no reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Offer or to be acting in violation of these Offer Terms and Conditions, the BJ's Membership Terms, or acting in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Offer may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Offer Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assuming the 3 items/steps were done: you got the email and added the Mastercard and made the purchase by the expiration date wait a few mor days and see if CS can help you. Save the email!

Were you targeted? The terms above dont mention anything so if you were in fact targeted send that to the CS.....
BTW, I spend $3.74 on a box of cereal and got the $40, so it triggered as it would have without a $$ spend requirements but just a single purchase after adding the card.
