Far better off going with a traditional pulley-style extension ladder.

Just angled them correctly, not that hard to comprehend, you genius. The common issue with these ladders is that they are heavy af. That's it.

I agree. They're really bad as extension ladders but good as step ladders

The weight of them is exactly the issue. At full extension (26 ft), you stand zero chance of getting this down on the ground without essentially just tipping it over and letting it land in an open area. There is no "angling it correctly," you genius, when 80% of the weight is above your head.
These are great for uneven surfaces. They're complete trash as extension ladders. I hope I didn't ruin your night any further.
I have the 22 and the bench. Great products.
Compared to a fiberglass ladder the gorilla is lighter but the aluminum makes it a electric hazard

I've had one of these for about three years(picked it up on sale at Menard's for $199) Though I mainly only use it for painting in stairwells because that's what these ladders do best, comparatively, I have used it on exterior a couple of times. Though it is definitely a cumbersome tank and requires some strain, I am able to maneuver it around at full extension. You're probably not a jacked 230# beefcake like me, though. Perhaps you should try a ladder made out of balsa wood; it will be perfect for a delicate flower such as yourself.
