Prize: One (1) Prize will be available to be awarded. Winner will receive up to a total of 20 Single Film Tickets or its equivalent value pending 2025 ticket structure for winner and *one (1) verified guest (10 Single Film Tickets for winner and 10 Single Film Tickets for winner's verified guest) to attend the 2025 Sundance Film Festival® (the "Festival") projected to be scheduled the middle-end of January 2025 in Park City, Utah (actual dates as well as location of the 2025 Festival have not been finalized; based on the timing of previous years' Festivals, Sponsor believes the 2025 version of the Festival will take place during the indicated time period; actual dates of the 2025 Festival will be confirmed by Sponsor/HP2 Promotions on or around three (3) months prior to the event. Prize includes one (1) $2,000 Check that may be used for travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, souvenirs and any additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules.
For the avoidance of doubt, award of the $2,000 check element of the prize is contingent upon winner attending the 2025 Sundance Film Festival®. Approximate Retail Value of Prize is up to $2,200.00.
*If winner chooses to attend the Festival without a guest (or guest does not timely return signed Affidavit Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release [where lawful]), winner will still receive only 10 Single Film Tickets ticket to the Festival and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith. If winner chooses to travel without a guest, winner will still receive the $2,000 check.
