If you missed this deal, Kroger has the same $20 for $25 Vudu gift card deal beginning Monday:

The deal is from May 6th through May 12th, but Kroger's gift cards have sold out within a couple of days in the past.

I just redeemed one. Vudu asks you for your zip code when you redeem the gift card which I assume is an added security measure if credit cards are stolen. Could you have used a different zip code for your delivery address or credit card address?

No. I have successfully redeemed Vudu gift cards many times before, including from Newegg. I double-checked that the address in my Newegg profile is correct.

The Newegg chat rep filed a trouble ticket, but said that a response may take 2 days. Mad

Someone in another forum suggested using a different browser. Inexplicably, that worked! I had been using Microsoft Edge. I tried Mozilla Firefox instead; there, the Vudu web site accepted my gift card successfully.

I wish they did these in higher denominations. You can only have 3 cards on your account at a time

Opinion based on experience: Stay away from Vudu and Fandango.

I had to go thu Paypal for the troubles Vudu gave me. Almost gave up because it was a lousy $15 gift card.

Had me until Newegg. Even clicking on their site seems to activate hourly emails from them that take time to cancel. I can't support those practices even for a deal.

Kroger only lets you buy one at $5 off, FYI.

I also have a Fandango card of $25 that was a gift from 3 XMASSes ago. number did not work! got it on my desk like a paper weight.

3 of 5 VUDU gift cards that Newegg sent didn't work. VUDU list them as invalid. I tried multiple browsers. VUDU just confirmed they are not valid. Newegg hasn't responded to my email yet. This is my first time using Newegg and I would advise not to use them.
