I have the 1/4" and 3/8" set. They're really really good, actually make the work go faster, smoother and more enjoyable.

Best socket tray layout. Easy to ID. Easy to grab and replace. Great ratchets, very little backdrag. Smooth, quiet.

I have full or extensive socket sets by gearwrench, dewalt, husky, kobalt, Pittsburgh, usag, some wera, craftsman new and old. I keep them in the van, car, shop, home workbench, garage, install kit, repair kit, etc.

Usually I use whatever is closest to hand, but if I'm struggling with position or finesse, sometimes I'll stop and go get these.

My favorite set. Not even the fanciest, just very well thought out and very well made.

This is the best price I've seen, but I don't regret buying them when I did for more.

You said smooth a few times. These are nowhere near as smooth as my 120 tooth ratchets. Definitely my favorite sockets, but I barely use the ratchet in favor of the ratchet in the craftsman gun metal set that gets posted here often.

Milwaukee power tool fan here, but I hear the hand tools are just not it. However, these sets seem really nice.

Opinions on the 1/4 and 3/8 sets vs the DeWalt 192 piece (DWMT75049)? Don't care about the allen sockets or wrenches, and if Milwaukee is better, I'm willing to forego the 1/2 set for now. I'll be putting them in a tool cart, so the inserts seem like a plus

Oh wow even though it's over priced by $200 even on sale, it's it matches my Packout and it says Milwaukee, even though I'll never use it, all the guys that see it in my Packout will think I'm the man and I'm so cool. I'm going to put it in the garage right next to my $1000 Yeti cooler. 😂

Lol I swear Milwaukee just keeps raising the prices on these sockets. They aren't even impact rated or include any 1/2. Much better options out there for this price and much less. Never the less Milwaukee groupies will still buy solely for the fact it comes in a red box and says Milwaukee

Dude unless your filthy rich save the money for your retirement or leave it in your bank account. This price is ignorant. You can get more/superior sockets with the inserts for much much less.

This is what happens when you spend over $300 on a few sockets and ratchet; you convince yourself it was worth it when in reality it wasn't. Idk what to call this effect it's almost like someone in denial trying to justify their actions with ridiculous reasoning
