There are very good post Black Friday/Cyber Monday refurbished deals — Like New and Scratch and Dent are 25-55% off new prices (take this with a grain of salt) in the Dell Outlet right now:

You can also stack at least 5% each off of a cash back site and CC using Chase Offers.

For example, if you look the Dell Outlet inventory, you can also find a 16" Inspiron 7000 laptop in Refurbished Like New condition with nice specs for the price: Intel i7-13620 2K 300nits TB4 32GB RAM 2TB SSD and RTX 4060 for $1138 before 18% off Inspiron coupon. You can also use a search for a deal site (the other one that begins with an R or Not) to get an additional 5% off and Chase Offers for another 5% off. It ends up being $839.84.

For this Inspiron 16 7000 (7630): $1750
After 35% off Refurbished Dell Inspiron: -$612

Price before code: $1138
Use code: 786955Ins to stack 18% off: -$204.84

Subtotal before taxes: $933.16

For Additional Savings:

As of now they have 3 of these Inspirons, 1 with a better processor with only 1TB SSD. If you change the filters to allow for 16GB, you'll see many options much cheaper and probably even better values such as a 16" QHD OLED 2 in 1 for over $100 less without the GPU, many other 4K OLEDs with other GPUs such as RTX 4050, RTX 2050 and MX550.

In fact I saw some many interesting deals for XPS 13 and 15 models, but those are non upgradable similar to MacBooks. Great deals on not too low amounts of RAM and SSD. Also saw some solid deals for Latitudes, Precision workstations, Vostro and even Alienware although not as big of a savings. I'm sure there may be some better ones than I found if you look hard enough.

I won't be monitoring this but do your own searches and please list some of the good deals found for others. There are many non-deals too, but some good filtering and sorting willl lead to a lot of solid bargains.

Happy Hunting!

Edit: You can call them up and request free expedited shipping if they screw up the estimate. Ended up getting free 3 day shipping.
One thing is there estimated delivery dates may be way off. I saw one estimate a week from now that was immediately changed to two weeks later after the order wass confirmed, so don't depend on those estimates if you need it right away as they recover from BF/CM order volumes.

might have been decent if I could use the AMEX promo in my account on this, but alas no go............"This offer does not apply to refurbished items, systems or spare parts and is not valid for online auctioneers, Professional Associations, or other Dell Member Purchase Programs. Also anyone would recommend a precision line for coding? I don't need quadro or cad graphics card, I'm happy if there is a consumer graphics card on an enterprise grade machine. Does such a combination exist? I like the build of precision or Thinkpad P series but really don't want professional graphics card, need consumer graphics card. I read that T14/15 has that but does Dell precision have that too? XPS is nice but I think precision build is bit better

Does calling and threatening to cancel still work? I bought a few computers years ago, called and said I wanted to cancel and they knocked off another $100-200.

I always buy precision, unless there is a great deal on Optiplex. Quality of components are different in their consumer vs business and I've had a lot more longevity out of Precisions. These prices aren't great, They sometimes have ridiculous deals on business grade, like 30-40% off but I haven't tracked how often it happens, a lot of the time they have too many of one model and the codes only work on certain models.
