Standard subscription doesn't even give you all the content.
I'm looking for some Wuxia content, but maybe iqiyi is better. The premium yearly subscription cost is $71.99 per year right now. Tempting!
The standard subscription includes most of the content on Viki.
This unlocks most of the content and removes ads. (mostly Korean and currently airing shows)
The plus subscription includes Kocowa content from KBS, MBC and SBS along with SK Telecom.
Kocowa is a separate streaming service as an addon to the main service with Viki.
The most popular content for this addon are new dramas, daily dramas, and variety shows. (Korean)
Ex: Hulu with addons like Showtime
For Wuxia content I do believe iQIYI would be better as they have much more content from the Mainland. They have select content free with ads though I believe it might be 9-10 minutes of ads per hour. Viki free has roughly 6-7 minutes of ads per hour I think. Viki has lots of wuxia content for free with ads if you want to take a look. For Wuxia content iQIYI would be better, but you have to be careful about the auto renewal as cancelling Premium may downgrade the plan to standard and you have to cancel the changed plan again. For iQIYI you may have to cancel 1 month ahead of time if you sign up for the yearly or you will be charged under the current rate.
