For real. Disney is a scam. I remember years ago I had thousands of points. Without warning they deleted all my points from my account. They play games to get people to 1) forget they have points and 2) make it incredibly difficult to use your points. What kind of excuse can they have for their website being in "maintenance" for weeks.
