Help- is T-Mobile $10 business tablet line back?

Not sure if this is correct forum, first time poster, and on Mobile so please grant some leniency.
I am requesting assistance understanding a deal on T-Mobile's business site. Discovered as guest.

On business data plans under the Featured Tablet plans there is an ad for "Get a FREE Samsung Galaxy A7 lite with one of these offers."
Blurb:"For a limited time, get a Samsung Galaxy A7 lite FREE for your business when you buy one 5GB tablet plan, including with our $15/mo. unlimited data plan. Plus, get a second line for 50% off the line."
As guest, after adding to cart it shows the full tablet amount due, but a $15/mo plan with $5 autopsy discount bringing it to $10/mo with autopay
All help and guidance is greatly appreciated!
