Well insulated. I've kept ice water in it over night and it hardly melted.
Handle is a must for a bottle this size and weight (it's a bit heavy IMO). Though the cap holder is a gimmick, it doesn't get in the way so I don't consider it a con.
I really like the angled cap. It makes drinking easy and comfortable. Ice isn't sliding all over the place the way it's designed. Drinking with the lid off is also comfortable unlike my wider-mouthed Nalgene bottle.
Cons: A tad heavy.
Can't find a silicone bootie for the bottom
I'm probably gonna buy another one at this price.
