I would say yes, it looks like any air tight cereal container from China usually costs about 3-4 bucks shipped. These appear to have nice lids and coming in around the same price point.

I would look into the Costco glass set if you want "nicer"

The baker containers that were clearanced out at Costco a few weeks ago were a good buy at $20, the OXO pop top that replaced it on the floor is on sale for $40 right now. The Sam's Club seems to be a good a good value, unsure how long the gasket seals will last on these

I purchased these at the end of August and returned them last week. Everything I stored in the containers did not stay fresh.
I have the ProKeeper set from Costco which is much better quality for an air tight seal.
