9/10 of A grade are good laptops with a good battery(90% Health) .
I paid $30 more, it well worth it, didn't even need to buy the 1 yr warranty.
Grade B is 50/50 roll of the dice for good laptop. These make spares or DIY gifts
Luckily dell warranty will supply the parts most of the time.

The machines have Intel vPro which allows you to manage the machine over Ethernet if you care to.
I would recommend swapping out the CR2032 battery that maintains the clock when the machine is powered off. Mine was almost dead and didn't get caught during their refurbishing process.
