37.2 miles per charge x 600 cycles is 22320 miles. At 20 mph, that's over 1100 hours on the bike. This would mean 3 hours per day, 7 days a week to kill this battery in 2 years. That's a lot of riding!

Unfortunately, all batteries decline in performance eventually. Some manufacturers may put an estimate on how on many charging cycles so as to help customers gauge how long that may be. The good news is that adopting healthy charging habits can help keep your battery healthy longer, such as not leaving the battery dormant for long periods of time and avoiding over charging.

As for the warranty, the answer is yes! Woot provides a standard 90 day warranty with an option to extend through Asurion here [amazon.com].

And the last two questions, I'll answer together: Currently the replacement battery [rideswft.com] for this bike is $399 on SWFT's website. So the fact that you can get the battery and the bike for that same price rn on Woot is, one might say, a highway robbery.

This does look like every generic 500W eBike offered for sale on Amazon. Same frame style and everything (prob bulk from Alibaba). Even during Black Friday the cheapest these would be were like around $550 (only 350W bikes were around $450). I'd imagine the specs are identical.

The big advantage I see is this brand is sold into retailers direct, so there's more investment into the company and brand for support (otherwise they wouldn't sell in B&M). I'd trust that over the fly-by-night Shenzhen retailers that are setup on Amazon or Walmart Marketplace.

Pretty sure even the very expensive eBike models have only 800 charge cycles rated. Think my MacBook is also just 800 charge cycles too.

It's definitely no worse than the battery in a $550 bike on Amazon from a no name Chinese seller. Theres plenty of those and they have good reviews even.

A branded 500W bike is gonna cost at least $800, so really you can buy another 2 batteries for that price, and those extra 200 charge cycles are NOT worth $400…
