Not sure if this is true but I read an article from a reputable magazine that said if people would've taken zinc and D3 a lot of them wouldn't have gotten sick or there sickness would have been a lot less severe with Covid… of course a healthy lifestyle also helped a lot with Covid

Depends where you live. I'm by Lake Erie. Here, winter sunlight does not have enough of the UVB component that is essential for vitamin D synthesis. For all practical purposes, one cannot make enough vitamin D in cold climates in winter. I don't supplement any vitamin d in summer, but take 2500-5000 the rest of the year.

with the exception of the initial $3 vitamins getting the double discount, all the rest once the 40% off coupon disappears after the initial sale, i see no bargains at all. based on price checking at camel, camel, camel, all had their prices raised to more then cover the discount, putting them at normal price if not slightly above.
