This is a much better product than Pedialyte to hydrate in your day to day life. I use this when I feel exhausted after too much workout, hungover or after a long day. Pedialyte, when I am sick.

The key difference I've noticed is that Nuun gives you that caffeine-like kick instantly. Like last week I finished a hike in Zion and just wanted to go back to the hotel and rest. I popped a Nuun in a 16oz bottle and voila, I was at an Italian restaurant enjoying ravioli.

You don't need to use it much unless you are going to lose a lot of fluids. And whenever that happens you can adjust your intake according to the activity. Nunn is easier to use because you can carry a tube and use tablets.
