If it is, and you prove it, they'll send you another battery btw.
And if it is a bunch of fakes, Amazon just automatically sends out "authentic " replacement without you even knowing until you get an alert it has been shipped.
Could be good for my 1/2" impact that I currently have a 4ah on but that seems to do fine for what I use it for
