The discount is due the double zeroes, which is at store discretion. So I'd imagine this deal is nearly non existent besides less than 1% of stores. Any deal with double zeroes should have the location and quantity left listed, as most of the double zeroes I've seen is last one left.
A .97 is much more reproducible on the other hand.
