Yeah maybe with other brands, but you should probably do some research on this specific brand and model of subs before jumping to that conclusion to understand that will most-likely not be the case with these. Even if there was a chance of it happening, their CS has been lauded by many. It's a sub-$500 (pun intended) sub that punches above its weight class.

Some people used group buy prior said it doesn't matter they can put you on the back order while honoring the discount. I have sent them a note and awaiting response.

From RSL: I'm very sorry to report the black Speedwoofer 10S MKII backorders have completely sold out, and were not eligible for the Power Buy. We have not yet established an ETA for the next incoming production run, but hope to make these available to backorder soon.
