I am still mad when they blew it up right after everyone bought the Haslab version…

Really? The original Millennium Falcon was selling for over $1000 like 10 years ago. The new one is $750.
The orginal UCS MF set had a retail price of $500 and was discontinued in 2010.

Now it was selling for well over that $500 on ebay the moment it was discontinued, eventually $3500 and more was the price of entry if you wanted an unopened one. It STILL will bring in $1500-$2500 if it's NIB, at least that's what I see going by the recent "completed" ebay auctions.

Don't a lot of people buy these as investments anymore?

Well if they do, the market is pretty saturated.

I'd think so too. You'd have to hold on to it for quite a while.

Any idea if target will PM? I just bought the $500 gift card deal from this weekend and can use it here if possible.

Edit: Just tried to PM at Target, and they said they don't PM if it's a deal for only for Prime members.

They don't but this deal isn't for Prime members only, or is it?

Add it to your Target cart and copy the cart # and try online chat.

There are better investments per $ and square footage tbh. Lego sets stacked up take up tons of space.

100% agree and to do it in any way that would make it really worth the trouble, yeah, you'd need "quite a bit" of temperature controlled storage space. 😂😂

Nice sized kit though! Modern day "model kits".
